There is power in an empty book. This practice will lead to success!

Life in Africa is beautiful, especially if you have financial resources and access to a profound social network. But what if you come from a background where you might have to create your own blueprint to success. What if you might be the first to get higher education and everyone expects you now to shoulder the whole family. What if you did not have a rich uncle or aunty with connections? What if you had to hustle multiple ventures on the side to support your 9 to 5 job. How do you still find time to build your side hustle into your dream life? You have to pay bills and send your kids to school, so there is no time left to actually invest in your dream venture.

I have been there and I have developed some practices that has helped me today to keep my motivation high and dedicate time. In my video tutorial on this topic, I shared a bit of my own story and explained the 3 steps I use. Here are they listed beneath.

3 steps you need

  1. I invested in an empty book. It sounds funny, but I have explained why in my video tutorial on this topic.
  2. Say no to those friends that assists you in wasting your time – name it, gossip, gist, window shopping, on clubbing etc.
  3. Invested the time you have gained from both steps above into your side hustle.

I hope I was able to share my old practice with you which I still carry on till this day. Get an empty book if you do not already have one and start to discover the power behind it. It’s all in your hands, its empty and you have to fill it with the things you should be doing. Remember to go to my app to get deeper insights on how to build your ideas into a venture you love. You can use the app menu “Ask Joadre” to connect directly with me and send me your questions. I will be happy to respond to you. Follow me on Insatgram @joadreapp and I look forward to hearing from you.
