NGO EXIT/Verein EXITVolunteering @ EXIT

Use your skills to change the world. Its a matter of time!

Without many supporters who dedicate some of their free time, we would never be able to achieve what we have been doing since the past 12 years with our charity EXIT and since 4 years with our social company Joadre. Volunteering at NGO EXIT or with Joadre offers you direct insight on global development, issue of migration, the problem of human trafficking, setting up social business, creating innovative ways to market and raise awareness. We happily welcome people who are ready to be dedicated for a longer period of time (at least 12 weeks plus) and are ok with working from home sometime. Those who will want to work directly with victims of human trafficking have to be open to volunteer for a minimum of 8 months.  Kindly use the volunteer form beneath to reach out to us. Please find beneath the areas which we need support at current.

Journalistic and research skills

We can only prevent human trafficking by breaking the silence on issues fostering this violence. To break the silence, we need well researched and investigative journalism.  You will work with Joana to get current information about human trafficking from a global perspective. This will include attending events, carrying out interviews on our behalf and writing them into article if possible. Political science students and students from fields related to journalism are welcome to volunteer.

Editorial and copy writing skills

You will create consistent content to help us mobilise people and inform readers about human trafficking as well as actions they can take. This is different from journalistic volunteering because, you will not need to do most of the research. Based on already researched material and updates within our organisation, you should be able to compile very attractive content for our readers.
