I attest that I have voluntarily agreed to be interviewed and did not receive any compensation whatsoever for this participation.

I hereby give my consent, without expectation of compensation, now or in the future, to the filmmaker: Joana Adesuwa Reiterer and her entity Joadre - Rodo studios Ltd to use my interview for its publications (including the Internet), traditional screenings, festival screenings and exhibition purposes in any manner or media, in theatrical media and/or in mailings for educational, awareness and classic documentary film exhibitions.

Any compensation that may occur after the film publication and after this agreement is signed was never agreed upon prior to its making and has not in any way influenced my participation.

I give permission to the filmmaker to include my name, including the entity I represent if the enty represented is relevant to the publication of the media work.

The filmmaker is allowed to promote, publish and distribute this media work.

I understand that the material filmed will be available indefinitely by the filmmaker to be promoted on diverse platforms from offline to digital/online platforms. This consent is given in perpetuity, and does not require prior approval by me.

The filmmaker, Producer and its entity Joadre - Rodo studios Ltd, agrees to retain the integrity of my image, voice, neither misrepresenting my words nor taking them out of context.

B2B conditions for services offered by Joadre

This conditions are additional to the written contact agreement signed by the client and Joadre (Contractor) and provides the term for business partnership between all parties. The framework of our B2B conditions is based on the client with which we have a written agreement. The identified client hires Joadre as a business development expert to perform the agreed upon duties on behalf of the company. Joadre, referred to as contractor, is a registered multi-media platform managed by Joana Adesuwa Reiterer Multi-Media Agentur (Austria) and Rodo Studios LTD (Nigeria). Joadre is a trademarked band representing both entities.

Rodostudios, created in 2012, is a registered company under the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission, known as CAC with registration number 1013008. These conditions complement the written agreement already in place between our company and the client in question.

All media material remains the property of our company (Joadre – Joana Adesuwa reiterer Multimedia-Agentur, registered in Austria). However, clients can make use of material according to pre-agreed upon terms either regulated in the agreement in question or in further written agreement.
