Joadre

Payment methods. You can choose between several payment methods:

PAYPAL & DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD
To pay with PayPal, please choose this method of payment and click at “confirm payment”. Then you will be redirected to the website of PayPal to carry out the payment. You must have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal directly with your credit card. PayPal is a very secure payment platform. It enables you to pay with your credit card quickly and easily; you can use for example Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. If you do not have a credit card or a PayPal account, then select “payment via online banking with immediate implementation”.

BANK TRANSFER
To carry out the payment by bank transfer, please choose this method of payment. We inform you on which bank account the amount should be transferred.The transfer must be carried out by a bank in the country in which the order will be charged. The transfer costs are charged to the customer.

For bank transfers, the order number and the full customer name as they were stated during the ordering process, must be given as a reference. Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment is received.

The transfer must be carried out within three (3) business days. If the amount is not received during this period, the order will be canceled.

Uses online banking via sofort-banking

Payments via online banking are carried out immediately. We have to wait 7-12 days after the payment until the appropriate checks are carried out by the Bank. Once we receive the confirmation from the bank, the orders are sent.

Security & limit

For Joadre online shopping security is very important. All transactions are made via secure payment systems. The confidential payment data are transmitted to the financial institution directly and encrypted using SSL.
We are using the SSL certificates of GoDaddy (Logo SSL certificate)
Shopping Limit – For safety reasons, orders of more than 1.900 € or orders comprising more than 50 articles are not accepted.

Shipment.

Once we received the confirmation of your order, you can be sure that your order is processed quickly and delivered promptly.
Once you have placed an order, we will estimate the delivery date. The date depends on the availability of the goods ordered by you, the selected shipping method and your shipping address.
All goods will be sent as registered mail via the Austrian postal service.
In some countries, additional duties and taxes on goods are due because of shipping across borders. Joadre (RolemodelX Impact Group GmbH) is not responsible for these taxes and duties; these are borne exclusively by the purchaser. We will mark your delivery with the label “Only for personal use – exclusively for non-commercial purposes”
What you should know:
During clearance sales or promotional periods, the delivery may take longer than usual.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail alert.

The delivery time for orders placed between Monday and Friday before 12 AM (CET) is 2 working days for express deliveries. When the orders are placed after 12 AM (CET) or on weekends and public holidays delivery takes one extra day.

Placing order with bank transfer option

If you chose to pay your order by bank transfer, the order will be only be shipped after we receive the payment confirmation.

Multiple delivery per order

Please note that your purchase may include, in some cases, several individual deliveries so that your order is delivered on different days. In these cases, you can check on the purchase confirmation page which articles are included on which delivery and when the individual deliveries are expected to be delivered.

Track your order

You can check your order status at any time under My Account. There a link allows you to track the order; you can also change their delivery address. If you are not yet registered with joadre.com, do this now to get a separate account. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail alert. If you do not already have a private account with Joadre, then use the link you will find in the e-mail notification to track the mailing route of your packets.

I have not received my order.

If you have not received your order and the delivery time is exceeded, please check your inbox because it is likely that you have received an email in which we will notify you that the order has left our warehouse. If you choose the shipping method “delivery to your home address”, you can check the status of your order at any time in your account. If you have not yet registered on Joadre.com, and therefore do not have an account, please use the link to see the e-mail notification to track your package. Please note that delivery during clearance sales or during promotional periods may take longer than usual.

The received products are not the ones ordered or are deficient .

If you have received a faulty product or even a different item than the one you ordered, we will refund the cost of the item in question and the shipping cost as soon as it is returned to our warehouse and the state the garment has been analyzed. To process the return, it is necessary that you fill in the delivery note and include it in your package. To check the return options available, check “Exchange” or “returns” on the website.

I have not received all the items in my order.

Please check your inbox to see if we have notified you by e-mail that one of the items of your order is no longer available. In this case, we will refund the cost of the article in question and the shipping cost of your order via the same payment method that you have used to make your purchase. If you have not received an e-mail, please contact our customer service. We will reply as soon as possible.

Returns.

Concerning returns or exchanges of articles bought you need to know the following:
Items you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.
If you should wish to return the ordered items, it is imperative that they are equipped with the appropriate label.
Upon receipt of your package, we check the condition of the products and exchange them either for a different size or refund the price of the returned garments.
Please note that Joadre accepts no unstamped shipments or COD shipments and refuses to pay for the cost of shipping and/or for shipments returned.

Returns by mail

Exchange for a different size or return of your order is subject to a period of 14 days after you received the shipment. Within this period you need to contact and inform us about the intended exchange or the intended return of your order by mail.

Packaging returns

MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PACKAGE CONTAINS THE DELIVERY NOTE BELONGING TO THE ORDER Pack your items safely, if possible in the original package, and place the delivery note inside. It is important that the package contains information on whether you wish to exchange the size or if you want to return certain items. If you cannot find the delivery note, please log into your account on joadre.com and print out a new delivery or order form. If you have not yet registered on the website and have shopped as a guest, please send us your order confirmation that you received after your order by e-mail. If you do not find this confirmation email, please send us an email via shop@joadre.com with your full name.

Returns dispatch

Please post your package at the post office as registered mail or with return receipt. The exchange for a different size is carried out within 3 to 12 working days after the receipt of your package in our warehouse.

Right of withdrawal

Customers from the European Union may withdraw their order within 14 working days (after receipt of goods). If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us in a letter by e-mail (shop@joadre.com) or by mail. The return can be done by mail. Please note that you cannot exercise a right of withdrawal if you have damaged the goods!

Refund

The refund will be made within 6 to 14 business days from the date on which we have received your return at our warehouse. Once we have analyzed the state of the returned item, we will send you a notification via email. Please note that the refund will be made with the same payment method that you have made your purchase. Have you paid your invoice by bank transfer? In this case, we need your IBAN code to arrange the refund. Therefore, you should upgrade your account at Joadre.com and provide it with the necessary bank information. If you are not yet registered at Joadre.com, you can provide us with the necessary data via e-mail (shop@joadre.com). Once we receive this information, we will arrange the refund. Please note that your IBAN code must belong to a financial institution in the country to which your order will be delivered. If you have received an item which is damaged or does not correspond to the items you ordered, and you want to return it by mail, please remember to enclose the shipping documents in the mail sent to our office. Once we have analyzed the state of the garments, we will refund the amount of the returned items and the costs of shipping and return costs. Please keep in mind that the shipment costs will be reimbursed only after the refund of the items returned has been completed.
